WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:
The job posting claims you'll find "a highly energetic and collaborative team" and "a management team that cares about your professional development." This is not what I experienced. I experienced inconsistent treatment, favoritism, exclusion, and a complete absence of the professional management standards that any HR function should model.
If you're interviewing with this company, ask specifically about management style, equity in how employees are treated, and what the actual discipline process looks like in practice. Don't accept reassurance. Ask for specifics.
I do not recommend EoS Fitness as an employer, particularly if your manager works under this current HR leadership.
The risk to your career, wellbeing, and financial stability is not worth it!!
