Pros

Really no go pros to working there.

Cons

Benefits are bad, don't start for 90 days and few paid holidays. They aren't sure where they are going post-DTI merger, trying to build a full suite litigation support team but missing the final parts and court reporting is a mess. Branding change from DTI to Epiq was handled horribly, no one knows they changed names. Senior leadership sits at home and counts their money but doesn't get out to talk to field.

Pros

Great company to work for. Nice environment. Great training and support.

Cons

Working outsourcing kind of sucks by nature. There’s no one at the law firm that needs to have your back, insists that you be treated with respect.
