Management is horrible and favoritism is shown but not based upon excellent work ethic but if you're weird enough to fit in their clique. If you are experienced or competent this is not the place for you. Regardless of your past experience or knowledge of your job, they will stick in you in some lowly position and you won't have any job satisfaction. Layoffs take place often and the turn-over rate here is ridiculous. Some people work extremely long hours and the work isn't fairly distributed. Run far far far away from this place!!!
