All I said is based on my experience in Garland, USA. 1- Culture. So many people have been there over 20 years, they are used to doing the same thing, same process over years without accepting any potential change opportunities. Once you come into that environment as a NEW guy who wants to change and improve, they would absolutely try to give you a hard time especially when you were a senior level staff. Unless you are being non-contributing and non-changing as they have been in the past 20 years, you would be kicked out only because you are different and you didn't want to be part of them. 2- Pay. Once you get another job outside of this company, you will realize how much low ball they played with you. I would say they usually under pay about 20%-30% not mentioning they never give any stocks. 3- Racial bias. I worked in their operations directly with their VP, I felt somehow he looked at me differently. I am not saying he has racial bias, I am saying if you are different like him, you must be VERY CAREFUL.
