Pros
The company culture is truly one of the best aspects about working here. Everyone here seems smart, driven, and collaborative. Work-life balance is good, and you can feel the influence of our Swedish global headquarters in the way they prioritize well-being and sustainability. There are a lot of tenured employes here, which I think speaks volumes to the work environment and the company's ability to navigate change through multiple name changes and mergers and acquisitions, while retaining talent. The benefits package is good.
Cons
While the company does a lot of innovative and agile work, there's still a lot of areas to improve when it comes to tailoring systems and processed to local and regional needs. Global leadership seems aware of this and is working on improvements, but the pace of change can be slow and frustrating when it impacts day to day work.
