Pros
I enjoy working with the children at ECS they have the best little personalities that makes it easier to come to work everyday. I like most of my coworkers and it’s easier to go to work as well when you have a good support team. We have incentives not all the time and we have different activities for certain holidays.
Cons
Not all staff are team players and some would rather gossip complain and create a hard work environment. No support from management high turn over rates and management are not willing to raise salary.
