Epitec has an award winning compensation package that pays for performance and our employees are provided with the training, process, and tools to generate employee success. We have clear definition of roles and responsibilities. This takes the mystery out of what is expected and what is acceptable.
Benefits start 60 days from the first of the month after hire date. This is an industry standard.
Epitec supports many charitable causes as part of our Community Initiatives. Supporting charities and the community is something that many of our employees tell us is important to them. Each payday, employees have the option to wear jeans, and if they do, we ask them to contribute $2.00 towards the selected charity of the month. At the end of the Month Epitec matches the employee dollars.
