Pros
During the six week training, they had other recruiters take us out for paid lunches and talk up the company. That's really the only pro I recall.
Cons
They hire multiple people at the same time and you go through weeks of intense full time paid training. Then when training is over they throw you to the wolves. I was hired on with three other people. Only one of us lasted more than six weeks. I had just gotten my first placement after working super hard. I was really excited and motivated. That same week they fired me, no explanation, physically walked me out of the building. There were some nice people there but a lot of the recruiters are ruthless. I had several of my potential candidates stolen from me in the two weeks I was working on active postings. They don't care how hard you work and they don't give people a chance to improve.
