Pros

None that I can think of to be honest.

Cons

-pay is laughable for the metrics and numbers you have to hit to not get fired -commission structure isn’t great for seasoned recruiters who are used to placing quality over quantity candidates -they prey on recent grads because they know they’re the only ones willing to work for an organization that micromanages so much and pays so little -your every move is tracked. Phone calls, length of phone calls, etc. -every Friday HR is calling multiple people to let them go for no reason. Literally a “we can do what we want” mentality and no further explanation. No warnings and they want you gone at the end of day with no notice -benefits are expensive for how large the company is -No maternity leave -don’t expect to get guidance from management or team leads because you won’t get any -you’re expendable and they treat you like it

Maternity leave is available under FMLA, a standard practice in Consulting and in the roles supporting a Staffing company. The leadership team is integral to the performance of the company and to improve our success formula. Epitec is employee-focused, client-driven, and process-oriented. These 3 aspects are all important to delivering talent to our customers. Epitec hires experienced recruiters and new graduates. If you are an experienced recruiter and\or you have any concerns with the Epitec culture or pay-for-performance compensation programs, please email me directly mjruma@epitec.com. I'd be happy to speak with you further.
