10yThank you for your review. We do value your feedback and are sorry that your experience at Epsilon was not a positive one. Epsilon works hard to ensure its employees are happy and engaged. It is true that Epsilon has gone through multiple re-branding initiatives which stem from its robust growth strategy. In fact, Epsilon has evolved so much over the past 15 years that it’s database and data roots are only now a part of its impressive story. As successful as Epsilon is, we are also prone to the ebbs and flows of business and need to ensure that our staffing levels are aligned to work. Sometimes those two factors are not in alignment and we need to make tough decisions around headcount. Our employees are important to us and these business driven decisions are not made lightly.
