Managers are worst - Lead Epsilon Employee Review

I resigned willingly, don't see any reason too. But still I chose to leave. Everything was going smooth, leaving for the office at 10am and come back by 7pm and have my meals in between that. I joined Epsilon and spent a year in it. Everything was going great but since last year, 'What am I doing here? This is not the work which I want to do for the rest of my life.’ I felt stuck over there. Every morning I woke up with the same question. Days and nights passed on. I felt suffocated in those cubicle with Managers and directors. And that suffocation was increasing day by day. I was not meant to sit in cubicle and stare on a screen for the whole day and night. (I have utmost respect for S/W engg, but this is just not for me) Then slowly a thought began to form in my mind. Then the thought came of hitting the RESET button. It was a scary decision for me especially given the situation going on in IT right now. Then I Thought I dont intend to come back here, why bother at all… Then with all the courage I had… I resigned…
