Too many to list. Extremely low morale and low energy environment. Many of the account teams are not properly organized and structured and roles are no longer clearly defined. Loss of many accounts has made the energy stale mostly because there is currently no future direction for the office. It has become completely dysfunctional.
Another huge problem is that there are certain people in high level roles who are very clearly being "looked out for" and favored. People in the office pick up on this and the frustration makes for a negative environment.
