      Good commute. Flexible hours. That's it

      Cons

      poor management. I have had 5 managers in 5 months. Poor pay for amount of hours expected of you. I've yet to work less than 70 hours the past 3 months and its expected you work 24/7

      Lack of leadership, company doesn't know what it wants to be, a lot of land-grabbing and paranoia among mid- to upper management.
