      Pros

      Great on job learning if you are trying to build up your technical skill mainly SQL. Great benefits and starting to turn into a younger company. Pay is decent but still below industry average. WFH opportunities after 6 months usually 2 days a week.

      Cons

      I have had way too much free time and have alerted management but epsilon seems to hire people even when they are not needed. come to work not having anything to look forward to, seems to be more of an internship rather than a job with daily duties.
