Pros

Access to creative teams across agency

Cons

GCD doesn't care about her employees. There is no room for professional development or career advancement. The GCD does not have anyone holding her accountable, which contributes to a toxic culture. Ex. she is rarely in the office and often leaves at 2:30 pm, but expects everyone to do as she says, not as she does. Office has shrunk from 60+ employees to almost 20 in just over 2 years under her leadership.

Pros

Excellent team members, great office environment, good work-life balance with many remote opportunities as well as respected flexible time off.

Cons

Work can go into all hours because of teams abroad, meaning messages early in the morning and late at night. Nature of the teams in the company and lack of upward mobility has led to high turn over rate. Demanding clients and complacent managers means you will likely work with not much information and on a major time constraint.
