Pros
Employees I worked with for years are great. Professional development opportunities are there - you just may need to push to get them. Flexible time off. It was a great place to grow my career, I just stayed too long.
Cons
No work life balance. No culture - each office does it owns thing. I respect Bryan Kennedy, but had issues with the leadership team put in place after the Publicis purchase. Leaders should not lead through fear or threats. Leaders will promise promotions or pay raises but they are hard to come by.
