--Stagnant employee growth. Your growth is driven by your contacts with upper management and not solely by performance in your projects --Most employees complain of work life balance issues due to need to support during US hours (atleast till 10 pm daily and even weekend for support projects). Company management debates that we are in Global Delivery Model but hardly any US counterpart ever agreed to hold meetings during morning India hours. I think this is a mindset issue at all levels to consider India office as 'offshore'! --Favoritism galore --Low hikes. No bonus --High attrition rate. Company finding it really hard to retain good talent --Lot of managers but very few leaders --Hierarchal structure which makes senior management less approachable --Some units losing business due to high competition from smaller companies or even start-ups. Epsilon is piggy backing on parent company Publicis in terms of new business.
