      Pros

      I had some good co workers that I enjoyed working with.

      Cons

      Back in 2019, The Conversant Market Place team had an abusive manager. This specific person would discriminate and use his power against you based on gender. I dealt with it for a period of time and eventually had to leave for my own sanity. Sometime after I left, I notified HR that this was going on. I spoke briefly with HR and never heard back. If Conversant is still around and this specific manager is still around, your career and time at this place could be cut short. If this is a concern, please bring this up to HR in your interview.

      Pros

      Excellent team members, great office environment, good work-life balance with many remote opportunities as well as respected flexible time off.

      Cons

      Work can go into all hours because of teams abroad, meaning messages early in the morning and late at night. Nature of the teams in the company and lack of upward mobility has led to high turn over rate. Demanding clients and complacent managers means you will likely work with not much information and on a major time constraint.
