Pros
The work can change frequently, so it is definitely difficult at Epsilon to get bored. Each client account is implemented in a custom-way that makes moving teams after a few years almost like starting at a new company. It's exciting, fast paced, and works with many familiar brands.
Cons
Leadership has changed over the last few years, and a lot of what I loved about the company changed with it. Management doesn't necessarily know what you do on a day to day basis and recognition/appreciation can be hard to come by.
