Pros
Excellent vibes on the team, in terms of work/life balance, openness to new ideas, and generally treating people like adults. We've been remote since March 2020 and because it has been working so well for everyone, leadership has extended it indefinitely and and we are a remote company now (though some leaders may want to people to meet in-person every once in a while, depending on the team).
Cons
Doesn't have the reputation of some of the cooler tech companies, so we're more under the radar for recruiting. But we have the same benefits, job security, and growth opportunities.
