Pros
Lately, the company is a major driver of the success of the larger Publicis group.
Cons
Disjointed groups within the company and the majority of structure and process still reflect that of old agencies and advertising groups rather than an agile and iterative tech company. Middleman departments like sales and marketing are still more valued and better compensated than the engineers, analysts, and designers building and evolving their products and offerings. The creative team (which includes product and UX) is not part of the company bonus structure.
