      The work-life balance is really good. The company care about its employees and offers flexible work modes and the management make sure you get time off when you need it.

      Cons

      The company is not working on the latest technologies and is not willing to move away from its traditional tools and platforms. For people looking to work in edge-cutting technologies or wanting to explore cloud platforms, then it is not a choice. The career growth opportunities are very limited.

      Pros

      Excellent team members, great office environment, good work-life balance with many remote opportunities as well as respected flexible time off.

      Cons

      Work can go into all hours because of teams abroad, meaning messages early in the morning and late at night. Nature of the teams in the company and lack of upward mobility has led to high turn over rate. Demanding clients and complacent managers means you will likely work with not much information and on a major time constraint.
