      Horrible higher management forcing people to come and work even though they have valid reason to need to work from home.

      Pros

      Excellent team members, great office environment, good work-life balance with many remote opportunities as well as respected flexible time off.

      Cons

      Work can go into all hours because of teams abroad, meaning messages early in the morning and late at night. Nature of the teams in the company and lack of upward mobility has led to high turn over rate. Demanding clients and complacent managers means you will likely work with not much information and on a major time constraint.
