Be wary of this place. At first glance, it seems like an inclusive and positive work culture but there is no real authoritative process for pretty much anything; this goes for career progression to basic team operations and responsibilities. There is a lot of paper pushing, and it's very difficult to get a clear path forward for almost all projects, big or small. There are also falsities in employment best practices. An example is when they say they use fair practices in salary adjustments during promotions but give you a limited (and relatively small) increase in salary once you've been given the promotion. That's when they inform you that there is only a limited amount for internal promotion salary increases.
