      Great work life balance, supportive & collaborative environment that takes pride in learning and training up new employees, low stress, raises each quarter throughout the entirety of the two year program

      Cons

      Pay is not as high compared to other companies for the same role & promotion can be difficult depending upon your starting point and the team you work for.

      Pros

      Excellent team members, great office environment, good work-life balance with many remote opportunities as well as respected flexible time off.

      Cons

      Work can go into all hours because of teams abroad, meaning messages early in the morning and late at night. Nature of the teams in the company and lack of upward mobility has led to high turn over rate. Demanding clients and complacent managers means you will likely work with not much information and on a major time constraint.
