The medical/dental/vision benefits were decent

Cons

- Poor leadership; no executive oversight or supervision for mid-level to senior leadership resulting in chaotic work environments and differing versions of company/departmental goals - Very cutthroat and hostile work environment; forget going to your leader or HR for help -Lack of upward mobility; lots of layoffs
