Pros

Overall, Epsilon is a great place to start one's career at. The early career program is well structured, enthusiastic and is ahead of the curve. This was my first job post grad so I can mainly speak to this area. The middle level managers at Epsilon are phenomenal and undervalued. The career manager being separate from the direct manager for an employee to report to is very helpful for all parties.

Cons

The company is extremly middle fat from the directors up. Moving to a company that is more lean in leadership, I realized how slow and disorganized many of the large Epsilon teams are. Working on teams with one team lead per client team has gone smoother, introduces so much more efficiency, collaboration, and even more innovation. The Epsilon 3-5 directors on a single team slowed the performance and turnaround times. This also led to team disagreements for small tasks. Assigning team members to various teams with differing leadership or pm's caused a lot of overload for employees and seemed very mysterious. During my time at Epsilon, it appeared that the lower level employees felt great distrust from upper level management. The lack of transparency for promotions was constantly discussed among my peers.

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
