Pros

Very structured and decent pay compensation. It's a steady job as well and is a good fit for people who are dtail oriented. I liked that when every I requested days off, it was always approved. When your day is over, you can truly let go of work.

Cons

Dry corporate culture, high demands in contact center with back to back calls, constantly need to keep up with changing technology, as expected. Epson is also very serious about punctuality.

Pros

Although I work remotely, I find that Epson's workplace is for people who value accountability, integrity, sustainability, and true inclusivity. The pay and benefits are strong, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Cons

Somewhat siloed and territorial between departments.
