Pros
Company focused on developing their employees, pay is fair. There is pretty decent work/life balance. PMs wear different hats so you learn a lot here. Got to work with national retailers and partner with other major CE companies. Epson owns several lines of businesses and there are opportunities to move to different product categories. Overall upper mgmt are very intelligent and make sound decisions. Another plus is the company closes down between Christmas and New Years.
Cons
Epson is sales subsidiary - parent company is in Japan. Constantly having to report back to parent company may take some getting use to. There's a lot of reporting here - reporting to directors, execs and also parent company. Things can also move at snail's speed here, which makes it frustrating in a fast pace retail CE environment. Another cons is this company operates on decision by consensus, which can get some getting use to.
