Stable company, low personnel turn over. High quality products, vertically integrated.

Cons

New hires are mandated to take their very limited number of Vacation days during the company christmas shutdown. You can only have agency about when to have a 2 weeks vacation after 5 years in the company.

Thank you for your feedback. We regularly partner with external professionals to ensure that our benefits are competitive with the market. For example, we do offer three weeks of vacation for new hires. We love all of our employees, from our new hires all the way to our long tenured employees who all contribute to the company's success.

Pros

Although I work remotely, I find that Epson's workplace is for people who value accountability, integrity, sustainability, and true inclusivity. The pay and benefits are strong, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Cons

Somewhat siloed and territorial between departments.
