Pros

They talk about community, but don't act as one.

Cons

The push productive long time workers into retirement to save money by telling them they can quit or be fired. They scapegoat workers when things go wrong at the management level to save face. The new management team in credit and collections are poorly trained, ineffective, inappropriate, and lack basic human skills.

Pros

Although I work remotely, I find that Epson's workplace is for people who value accountability, integrity, sustainability, and true inclusivity. The pay and benefits are strong, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Cons

Somewhat siloed and territorial between departments.
