Toxic Leadership - Sales Manager Epson America Employee Review

I worked here for 3 years, never had a write-up, posted record revenue for the team I was on. Toxic leadership below the C-Level was unbelievable. I was constantly threatened by the person I reported to. if I did not do what he wanted I would be fired, even if it was against company policy! I received approval from HR to relocate out of CA and when he found out I was moving to the same state as him he sent me several threatening message, even copying HR and nothing was ever done about it. He stated in the email he did not want people from CA ruining his state. 5 months later I was let go for no reason.
