Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We agree Epson has some great people and are glad to hear you appreciate the benefits and social events. We appreciate your comments regarding management and delivery of initiatives; we work incredibly hard to try and deliver as much as we possibly can for our employees. Over the past few years have managed to put in place some excellent schemes such as a female mentorship programme, on-site gym classes and various support groups within the business. All employees can apply for flexible working and we have a core hours policy (which all employees are able to take advantage of to vary their start and finish times between 8-10am and 4-6pm). In addition to this employees can request further flexible working arrangements. 89% of these formal flexible working requests in FY18 were accommodated and in light of the recent situation regarding COVID we are looking at other flexible and agile working arrangements. Your comments will be considered along with other feedback as we continue to make Epson a great place to work!
