Great company and vision, commission structure was decent, paid on pipeline due to not being direct sales.

Cons

Covering the South UK, appointments were booked in various places and travel Time was an issue for the amount of admin and cold calls required. The target set for a newly appointed team was slightly optimistic but somewhat achievable.
