Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We agree Epson’s innovative products, our fantastic and talented employees and our reward package are hard to beat. We are disappointed to hear that all of your experiences of working for us were not always positive. We are always looking for ways that we can make the employee experience even better. This is why we have a particular focus on equality and diversity, one of the tactics was the implementation of a female mentoring programme pilot in the UK with a market leading external provider. The programme was a massive success with the mentees all saying that they valued and appreciated the opportunity significantly and had all learnt and developed through the programme. The success of the female mentoring pilot has meant that we are starting to roll it out in some of the other countries where we operate.
