• Management genuinely care about staff • Great benefits • Stable company • Nice offices & work culture / environment

Cons

• Budgets are held at a very high level meaning sign off / approval chains go all the way up to CEO level & above. This takes time & in turn slows done projects ect. which can be frustrating
