Pros

Epson is an amazing company to work for. During the pandemic it did not furlough a single employee in the UK and kept everybody working. We had a great opportunity to conduct training and complete projects to support future business. The company started a pilot in February 2020 to understand how it could operate remote working. It has just been announced in March 2021, that the company will implement hybrid working as we return to the office. This will give employees the best of both worlds.

Cons

Previously there were concerns over the car parking and remote working. I feel the company has listened to employees and has announced really positive business changes.
