Strong pension and ok salary.

Cons

You rarely feel like you’ve succeeded and hard work often goes unnoticed. Experience and market expertise can be completely ignored. I’m sorry to say - if you want to progress beyond a certain level, you’ll need a politics degree which makes it a job, not a career.

In regard to listening to getting better at communication and involving management more, we will pass this on as this will help us ensure we continue to make Epson a great place to work. Our employees have been working on average 50% from home and 50% from our offices since the pandemic started. We are currently working on an agile working programme across all of our businesses in Europe. We will be piloting this change during 2022 as the pandemic eases.
