I am sorry you feel there is nothing positive about working for Epson other than our brand name and you rate our Senior Vice President as a good leader. We appreciate your comments regarding work/life balance. All employees can apply for flexible working and we have a core hours policy (which all employees are able to take advantage of to vary their start and finish times between 8-10am and 4-6pm). In addition to this employees can request further flexible working arrangements and can now apply for agile working which allows employees to request working from home for up to 5 days per week. Epson has high standards and principles of corporate behaviour.
