You have a job but with many troubles

Its extremely hostile environment You work days and nights with no extra pay Company hire expats to make them work like crazy with nothing So called HR dept only care about herself. No professional HR to listen your concerns but to fire you.

We are really quite saddened to read your review today. We have many employees feedback on this review site and in our employee survey that they find we have a good work/life balance, so it is extremely saddening that this was not your experience. Whilst we do have a small number of expats, who focus on liaising with our parent company in Japan, they account for about 1% of our workforce in Europe. We do have a professional HR team which has employees based in many countries. Our HR teams do have to balance supporting our business leaders, whilst also advocating on behalf of employees.
