Your positive comments about the work environment and career opportunities are encouraging. The concerns about development opportunities, culture, and innovation are important to us. We do have quite a flat structure and whilst we provide opportunities grow the breadth and depth of experience, there are not always opportunities for new roles. We are currently working on developing our talent management processes. Our latest employee opinion survey has said we are improving and we have action plans in place to do more.
