Pros

The name is the best thing about the company.

Cons

Imagine being out with the flu and a hospital note excusing you but per my manager and HR they do not accept doctors notes, for the 3 days I was out sick with a fever I got an occurrence for each day. When management and all of the higher up people are sick, etc they get to work from home, the point system does not count against them! More then half of the entire I-9 department was coming to work with covid because they did not want to miss days because they would be held against them. Nothing is good about this company but the name. Its so much more I can post about this company, the employees are just slaves! So come to work, the people that are sick they can't force them to wear a mask, so keep spreading more germs. If you are not a manager or higher here there is no appreciation at all! $21.65 is nothing to be excited about. The pay is horrible, no bonuses, managers have their picks for everything. The turn over rate is high!

Pros

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

Cons

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
