- Most roles now require relocation to Saint Louis or Atlanta, which may be an issue for some - Google Suite shop instead of MS Office - Interview process can be long (but having/ensuring high quality colleagues makes this worth it)

Flexible & Open: The hiring managers were genuinely open to discussing the scope of the role, rather than just handing down a rigid checklist of duties. They Stuck to the Timeline: They verbalized exactly how long the process would take and followed through perfectly. No unexpected delays or moving goalposts.

Cons

Missed the In-Person Connection: While the remote process was smooth, I would have loved the opportunity to meet some of the team in person before finalizing everything. Needed More Day-to-Day Specifics: The big-picture conversations about the role were great, but I could have used a bit more clarity and specific detail around what the actual daily routine and tasks look like.
