Pros

I have been with the company for 4 years. 3 and a half years of which were spent in the better part of the company.

Cons

Currently working in the operations team and it is a hot mess. Management does not care about the staff, they are tyrants dressed up as managers who only care about how the senior leaders see them. If they need to throw the hard working people on the floor, they will do so with absolute joy. If you get to work here, do your research, your life can go from enjoyable to pure misery. There is also a lot of racial and gender biases in this company.

Pros

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

Cons

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
