Pros
Very supportive corporate culture, somewhat to a fault. Leadership will support team members who are struggling and do everything they can to build performance.
Cons
In the same vein as the pro, leaders sometimes have the wrong people in the wrong position and are slow to make changes. Beyond that Equifax has in the past 5 years had a data breach that impacted every credit eligible person in the US and earlier this year the WSJ reported that EFX provided credit scores that were incorrect, positively or negatively by as much as 25 points. With these huge mistakes many clients are losing faith and trust in Equifax's core ability to provide and protect very important and sensitive data. That makes it very hard to sell their solutions.
