They dont care about employees . They just do enough to not break the law. They blame employees for their mismanagement Lack of Transparency - They spy on employees instead of being upfront. If they question your performance instead of asking you they manage you out Constant Monitoring - Micromanagement and constant employee monitoring. Lack of Trust for Employees - Cant trust management. You have to watch your back. There is no working together. They work against you Not Remote Friendly Expect Employee Loyalty - Senior management and c-suite is straight up toxic. Leadership by fear and coercion. No Work life balance - You are expected to be chained to your desk 8 hours a day. They monitor you online availability

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

Cons

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
