At times management restructure has resulted in progression delays Some positions can have difficult work / life balance

Equifax works a lot like a large umbrella with many smaller companies. Our particular division and the people in engineering worked well together.

A bit slow and bureucratic to make changes to production. More recognition seems to be made marketing and sales over people in engineering. Not much oppotunity for career growth.
