Pros

Basically 5 dolars each day to get food, gym, showers, events where you pretty much can drink beers in the building while HR organized the whole thing (the last one can be a tricky one if you are into hard drinking)

Cons

When they changed the salary from colones to dolares they didn't change the old contracts so we can have a legal document stating the new salary we where receiving. When we requested the document or to be paid in colones as our contract says they said "TransUnion and Experian are hiring" so it was basically a suck it up buttercup

Pros

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

Cons

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
