If you're still working at this company, the only positive thing is that you have a job in this economy and you've made it through several rounds of layoffs at Equinix. That's about it.
Cons
- Team leadership is rude, has blinders on, forces inefficient processes on people due to their own OCD, have no answers for any team concerns, and the only explanation you'll get for questioning anything is, "you should do this because I said so." - Some functions are extremely poorly run with outdated and cumbersome platforms and processes. - Complete lack of accountability from Director and Senior Director-level people. - Lack of inclusion and basic human decency when communicating with people. - Frequent and arbitrary layoffs. Zero job security.
