- The marketing organisation is very heavy at the top senior level, many directors and not much managers or specialists. People just talk the talk and walk the walk, things keep at a high level and never get executed well.
- People just stay in the company for the sake of the stocks. Just for the money. And laid off is not a norm here. Lots of redundancy resources.
- Management promoted/hired the wrong people, which bring in a lot of conflicts and unfavourable culture in the team.
